Steps
- 1Book an appointment at an Aadhaar Seva Kendra or enrolment centre(on the official portal)
- 2Your photo is captured live at the centre — there's no way to submit a photo update online
Government fee
₹125 — Biometric update (fingerprint, iris and photo)
Free for a child's first update between ages 5–7, or first/second update between ages 15–17. Free for all children aged 7–15 until 30 September 2026.
