Steps
- 1Go to the Protean (NSDL) or UTIITSL PAN correction page(on the official portal)
- 2Fill the PAN Change Request form and mark which fields need correcting(on the official portal)
- 3Upload proof supporting the corrected detail(on the official portal)
- 4Pay the fee(on the official portal)
- 5For a physical card: print, sign, and courier the acknowledgement with your proofs(on the official portal)

₹101 — PAN correction (Indian address, physical card)
₹50 if you only need a reprint with no data change. Foreign address: ₹1,017. e-PAN only, no physical card: ₹72.
