Your Swikaar Plan

Download a digital copy of your PAN, or order a reprint of the physical card.

This information is drafted from official sources but hasn't had its final human double-check yet — details below could shift slightly.

Can this be done online?

Partly online

Steps

  1. 1For a digital copy: go to the Protean/UTIITSL portal (or the Instant e-PAN page if yours was Aadhaar-based) and download your e-PAN(on the official portal)
  2. 2For a fresh physical card: use 'Reprint PAN Card' on the Protean portal instead(on the official portal)
  3. 3Verify via OTP and pay the fee if reprinting(on the official portal)

Government fee

₹50 — PAN reprint, physical card (Indian address)

Downloading a digital e-PAN copy is typically free shortly after issuance; a physical reprint to a foreign address costs ₹959 instead of ₹50.

What happens afterward

Tracked the same way as a new application, via the acknowledgement/status link.

Common mistakes

  • Reprint only reissues your existing data as-is — if any detail needs to change, that's a correction (see 'My PAN information is wrong'), not a reprint.

Official destination

Protean (NSDL) — PAN Services
